My order was inclusive of a skim board, tail pad and front pad.
The tail pad was never received and the front pad was different to what I ordered.
I emailed them multiple times to request either the missing items or a refund.
I received no response to any of my emails and to date I have not received a refund either.
Terrible service, and a lot of money lost. Would not recommend purchasing from this company at all.
Owner refused to honour a discount he promised in writing to provide via partial refund once I bought the item. After buying and asking for the discount a few times, just crickets.
I never received this item I paid for, along with an other item. Very disappointing. I spent a lot of money on my son’s birthday present that I couldn’t really afford and he can not even use the gift.
The company seems to be ignoring my requests to find out where the items are.
Loving the mottled yellow/black on my yellow/white Exile.
My son loved his Exile skimboard which he got for his birthday. Much better than the cheap timber boards.
